Clinical Experience of Fall down Injury from Hang Glider

Abstract

|
Hang-Gliding is a sport with high risk, which is increased in trends. It has become popular in Korea since 1979 and concomitantly injury caused by it is very severe.
Author experienced two patients who fell down on the ground from the height of 15m high during riding the Hang-Glider due to sudden development of turbulence of the wind.
